All above rates will not include additional rates for cleaning fee and occupancy tax. Three bedroom units will have a $70 cleaning fee and two bedroom units will have a $60 cleaning fee. Occupancy tax is currently 14.5%.
$500 deposit required with Visa or Mastercard to confirm reservations. This is refunded after check-out, once the unit has been inspected.
